Executive Summary

Search coverage for how event buyers actually hire.

TSM did not need a thin website refresh. It needed a search system that matched buyer behavior: by service, by city, by event, and by urgency.

The August 14, 2026 DataForSEO baseline found 1,121 ranking keywords from 2,215 completed checks. Of the ranking keywords, 761 were on page one, 514 were top five, 307 were top three, and 4 were number one.

Page-one rankings 761 DataForSEO baseline, U.S. desktop organic, depth 30.
Business proof

Portal aggregates showed 89 leads, 202 jobs, 29 quotes, 190 talent records, 215 event-directory rows, and 52,053 exhibitor/prospect records across the available June-August 2026 operational window.

Attract. Impress. Convert. Compound.

The work connected SEO architecture, event demand, city pages, analytics, and operating data.

01

Attract

SEO strategy / keyword tracking / event pages

We built the keyword system from live site crawl data, service taxonomy, event inventory, city-service combinations, and buyer-intent modifiers. The Command Center generated 5,789 keyword rows and approved 2,233 for rank tracking.

02

Impress

Content architecture / service pages / city pages

TSM content was organized around how buyers search: event staffing, trade show models, promotional models, booth staff, brand ambassadors, city markets, and named events.

03

Convert

Booking paths / quote paths / talent separation

Buyer demand and talent acquisition were kept separate. The available operational data shows leads, jobs, quotes, talent records, events, and prospect records in the TSM portal, but not revenue or close rate.

04

Compound

GSC / GA4 / GEO prompt setup / reporting

Search Console, DataForSEO, GA4, Supabase aggregate review, and GEO prompt inventory give TSM a measurement layer that can keep improving by category, city, event, and buyer intent.

Traffic proof is separated from rank proof.

Rank tracking explains visibility. GSC and GA4 explain actual search and site activity.

The content model maps to the way event buyers search.

The strongest ranking footprint comes from combining service, city, event, and hiring-intent language.

Service intent

Staffing categories became search categories.

Trade show models, promotional models, brand ambassadors, booth staff, event staff, product demonstrators, spokesmodels, and car show models each had separate visibility paths.

City intent

Local modifiers made national coverage measurable.

Ranking checks were grouped by market so TSM could see which cities had page-one depth and which markets needed more top-three movement.

Event intent

Named-event pages became the largest ranking asset.

Event-page keywords produced 595 page-one rankings, 282 top-three rankings, and 436 top-five rankings in the August 14, 2026 baseline.

The site, tracking system, and operating database were all moving.

That matters. The case study separates ranking baselines, GA4 snapshots, GSC exports, and portal aggregates so the evidence does not overstate causation.

Website footprint

331 URLs in the local crawl inventory.

The reviewed crawl inventory and sitemap work showed a broad site footprint across services, locations, events, and support pages.

Measurement footprint

Rank tracking, GA4, GSC, and portal aggregates were reviewed separately.

Each source answers a different question: visibility, actual search demand, site sessions, and business-system activity.

What generalizes

Complex service businesses need more than service pages.

The TSM model generalizes to companies where buyers search by category, location, event, venue, use case, and job-to-be-done.

Verified, partial, and blocked claims are separated.
