Attract. Impress. Convert. Compound.

CPL is the proof that Atomic's Chain Reaction Framework works when the components are connected. Attract created the search and AI visibility. Impress made the new company credible to industrial buyers. Convert gave qualified visitors a clear quote path. Compound turned the launch into a platform for ongoing SEO, GEO, content, AI search visibility, maintenance, and reporting. The outcome was not one lucky ranking. It was broad visibility across rankings, city markets, AI Mode citations, GA4 activity, Search Console clicks, and lead generation.

Get found by the right buyers — and the AI systems recommending suppliers.

The content strategy mapped product families, industries, resources, quote intent, and 60 city and location markets into a searchable site architecture. A new domain with no history had to earn discovery on structure alone.

Page one across 60 city markets

Content strategy was the core driver of the CPL result. Atomic did not publish a thin product brochure and hope it ranked. The site was planned around how industrial buyers search: product family, application, industry, resource need, and city market. In the August 21, 2026 DataForSEO review, CPL had page-one rankings in all 60 tracked city markets, including 444 city and location page-one rankings. The strongest city footprints appeared in Ashburn, San Jose, Phoenix, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chattanooga, Newark, and Midland.

Lead generation

The lead story matters because the traffic was not empty visibility. CPL reports 60+ leads since launch, and the client specifically noted that the inquiries were coming from the exact kind of companies they wanted: large commercial companies. For a brand-new industrial startup on a new domain, that connects the visibility story to real commercial demand.

Pages that carried the search footprint

The rankings were distributed across the architecture Atomic built. Material resources, industry pages, service pages, location pages, and the homepage all contributed. That matters because CPL was not dependent on one page or one keyword.

First-place ranking examples

CPL's first-place rankings appeared across practical product-plus-market searches, including phenolic tags, lamacoid tags, Bakelite labels, legend plates, phenolic panels, and solar PV labels. These are not vanity terms. They match how contractors and facility buyers search when they need a supplier.

What Atomic built, and why it worked

Client context

Custom Phenolic Labels produces engraved phenolic labels, lamacoid tags, legend plates, nameplates, panels, overlays, and industrial identification products for electrical contractors, panel builders, facility managers, OEMs, data-center teams, mechanical trades, solar installers, and industrial maintenance departments.

The company operates from Kennesaw, Georgia and ships nationwide. It is the industrial engraving division of Mike's Trophies & Awards of Atlanta, a second-generation family business established in 1987 and operated by Burton J. Wheeler.

The buying decision is technical. A contractor may need panel schedules, disconnect labels, valve tags, arc-flash plates, rack identification, switchgear labels, or solar PV labels before inspection, commissioning, or turnover. A qualified lead is not just a contact form. It is a buyer with quantities, material expectations, mounting requirements, schedule pressure, and enough project detail for CPL to quote and produce the order without transcription mistakes.

The challenge

Custom Phenolic Labels was a brand-new startup company on a new domain, so the problem was not a simple redesign. Atomic had to create the public foundation from the ground up: brand identity, market position, buyer-safe language, service architecture, technical content, quote paths, search structure, entity signals, and launch controls.

The market already had search demand around phenolic labels, lamacoid tags, electrical panel labels, legend plates, and industrial nameplates, but a new site could not rely on domain history or mature organic data. It had to make the business credible immediately to contractors, facility teams, search engines, third-party directories, and AI answer engines.

The strategy

Atomic treated the project as a launch foundation for a technical B2B buyer, not a brochure. The strategy connected four layers: brand and positioning, buyer architecture, search and entity foundation, and launch safety.

Brand clarity made CPL feel like a focused industrial engraving supplier, not a generic awards shop. Buyer architecture organized the site around product lines, industry use cases, resources, locations, and quote intent. Search and entity work made the company easier for Google and AI systems to understand. Launch safety made the site measurable and operational from day one.

What Atomic built

Atomic built the public brand presentation, product and service architecture, resource content, industry pages, location pages, quote flow, metadata, sitemap, canonical structure, internal links, schema direction, analytics setup, form tracking, and launch proof.

The site was designed for technical buyers who need to send real job details: materials, quantities, panel schedules, drawings, mounting requirements, lead times, and compliance context. The quote path was tested as an operating workflow, including first-party contact handling, acknowledgment delivery, and owner-confirmed internal delivery.

What else was changing

Custom Phenolic Labels was a brand-new startup company and new-domain launch, so nearly every digital signal changed at once: brand identity, URL structure, copy, product taxonomy, resource content, service-area coverage, quote form, analytics, schema, hosting, sitemap, third-party supplier profile, and launch monitoring.

That is why the results are framed as early launch visibility and foundation proof, not mature revenue lift. DataForSEO rankings, AI Mode citations, Search Console clicks, GA4 activity, and client-supplied lead counts are real measured signals, but they are not presented as isolated ROI or long-term organic growth without CRM and longer-window evidence.

What similar clients should take from it

Technical buyers need fast proof. They want to know what you make, whether you understand their application, how to submit specs, what happens after they send a schedule, and whether your business is real enough to trust.

For a new industrial or manufacturing-style brand, Atomic's launch foundation matters because search visibility, AI visibility, quote readiness, and credibility are connected. A thin site can rank for a term and still fail the buyer. A full foundation gives the buyer and the search ecosystem more to verify.

Sources and methodology

Every figure on this page is tied to a named source and a read date. Nothing is modeled, projected, or blended.

Organic rankings

DataForSEO, Google US desktop organic baseline. Run cpl_dfseo_2026_08_21, submitted August 21, 2026. Ranking tiers, page-level rollups, page-one keyword intelligence, and #1 examples all come from this baseline, positions 1–10 for page-one sets. Grouped by /locations/{city-state}/ target and ranking URLs.

AI search visibility

DataForSEO AI Mode, August 21, 2026. 826 completed checks, 721 mentions, 711 citations. Citation rate is citations divided by completed checks.

Search Console

Search Console UI, read August 26, 2026. 182 total web search clicks and 167 indexed pages. The 141% homepage impression lift is quoted from Google’s own recommendation card.

GA4 — last 90 days

GA4 UI, read August 26, 2026, last 90 days versus the previous period. Prior-period bars are derived from the percentage change Google reports for each metric. Key events (88) are shown as a total because GA4 reported no percentage change for that metric.

GA4 — acquisition, last 28 days

GA4 UI, read August 26, 2026. Traffic acquisition for July 29 – August 25, 2026: sessions, engaged sessions, engagement rate, events, and key events by channel and by source / medium.

GA4 — page views, last 7 days

GA4 UI, read August 26, 2026, last 7 days versus the previous period. Used only for the page-engagement chart; every other GA4 figure on this page comes from the 90-day or 28-day window.

Leads

Client, CRM, and form records. Client-reported: 60+ leads generated since launch, described by the client as large commercial companies. Not CRM-verified by Atomic from Custom Phenolic Labels.

Scope note

These are organic ranking, AI Mode, Search Console, and GA4 measurements from a new-domain launch window. They are early launch visibility and foundation proof, not revenue, ROI, close rate, or mature organic growth. City rankings are organic results only and are not Google Business Profile or local-pack performance.
